Before joining Aruwa Capital, Valentine was at Kaizen Venture Partners; a private equity company focused on distressed assets.
He has a B.Sc., Actuarial Science from the University of Lagos (Nigeria).
Solomon holds a Master’s of Administration (MBA) from the Cardiff Business School Wales, United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) from the University of Benin, Nigeria.
Before Joining Inq, she had previously worked in various organisations serving as HR Lead at Kobo360, a tech-driven logistics company; as Group Head, Human Resources at Vetiva Capital Management Limited, a Pan African Investment Banking Practice for 10 years while having a prior experience as an Associate with the law firm of Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie.
She has a first degree in Law, from the University of Benin and a Masters in International Business Law from the University of London. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
Her expertise covers strategy formulation and implementation, due diligence on M&A transactions, financial analysis and reporting, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, auditing, treasury operations, regulatory compliance, accounting advisory, controls and joint venture operations review.
He is highly connected with significant C- Levels network, influencers, and key decision-makers. He is a qualified lawyer and a technology expert with strong executive presence, relationship-building skills, persuasive communication style, and a track record of delivering several executive-level presentations.
He has negotiated multiple complex contracts and consistently attained revenue objectives with minimal risk. Frederick is enthusiastic about building successful teams, with an ambition to grow revenue and bottom-line profitability continuously.

Our Board
He has participated on ICT decision-making forums and has influenced the formation of various African forums and organisations responsible for shaping the ICT sector at National, Continental and Global levels through his activities on various bodies including the ITU, ICANN and the African Union.
In his international organisational activities, Andile served on the Board and High-level Panel (serving as the business sector chair) responsible for the outcomes of the Netmundial multi-stakeholder conference on Internet governance, hosted by the Brazilian government in April 2014. He also serves on the council of The National Advisory Council on Innovation (NACI). The Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University appointed him as an Adjunct Professor of the University, affiliated to the faculty of science.
Christian brings a wealth of experience stemming from over 20 years in Telecoms and Enterprise Business in both Europe and Africa. These companies include MTN, Vodacom South Africa, Vodafone Germany, and the Vodafone Group organisation. Christian also spent 7 years with McKinsey & Company in Germany.
During his time in the Enterprise Business Unit at MTN, Christian played an instrumental role in turning around a “revenue decline” business into a double digit growth business.
Christian holds a PhD in Economics.
Nick has 38 years experience as a Chartered Accountant. Having spent 5 years in the auditing profession and 23 years in Mergers & Acquisitions at local and international banks.
Nick headed up strategy for Barclays in Africa. He spent 6 years as the Managing Director for the Developing Markets division of Internet Solutions which comprised 4 enterprise ISP businesses in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and Mozambique. The business trebled in revenue terms over the period and comprised almost 600 people.
