We are a Pan-African Cloud and Digital service provider. We have points of contact in 12 African cities, Johannesburg, Gaborone, Lusaka, Ndola, Blantyre, Lilongwe, Mzuzu, Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano and Abidjan.

Our experience in African telecommunications spans over two decades and today, we connect over 1200 of the continent’s largest and leading corporations in over 40 countries. We work closely with multinationals in all sectors of African commerce – from banking and finance, oil and gas, mining and construction right through to retail and distribution , as well as tourism.

Headquartered in Mauritius, we were founded in 2013. We are a Convergence Partners company, which is an investment management firm focused on the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sector in Africa.

Andile Ngcaba is the controlling shareholder and non-executive Chairman of Convergence Partners.

Geoff Hardwick

CEO

Geoff Hardwick is almost a 40 year veteran of the ICT and networking industries having first qualified as a Cobol programmer in 1981. Since Geoff joined Gateway Communications in 2007, he has been active across sub-Sahara Africa, managing networking and technology based companies in numerous African countries.

Nick Reed

CFO

Nick is a Chartered Accountant of 38 years standing. Having spent 5 years in the auditing profession and 24 years in investment banking, in 2012 Nick was appointed Managing Director of the African operations outside of South Africa of a leading pan African Enterprise Internet Service Provider.

Valentine Chime is the Managing Director, inq. Digital Nigeria. Before this role, he had held various C-suite positions in several portfolio companies in different sectors. Valentine worked at Aruwa Capital; a private equity company, which invests across West Africa.
Before joining Aruwa Capital, Valentine was at Kaizen Venture Partners; a private equity company focused on distressed assets.

He has a B.Sc., Actuarial Science from the University of Lagos (Nigeria)

Solomon Ogufere

Commercial Director

Solomon has over 18 years’ experience spanning Product development, Project and Vendor Management, Information Systems, Quality assurance and Marketing, working in various multinationals including Cisco Systems Ltd UK, Royal Bank of Scotland UK, Pfizer Ltd UK and MTN Nigeria Communication Ltd.

Solomon holds a Master’s of Administration (MBA) from the Cardiff Business School Wales, United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) from the University of Benin, Nigeria

Ameze Osague-Iduh

Senior Manager Human Resources

Ameze is a seasoned HR professional with experience in several industries

She worked as HR Lead at Kobo360, a tech-driven logistics company, as Group HR at Vetiva Capital as Management Limited as Group HR and as an Associate with Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie. 

She has a degree in Law, from the University of Benin and a Masters in International Business Law from the University of London. Furthermore, she is a member of the Nigerian Bar and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management

Olumide Idowu

Executive Head, Operations

Olumide has over 17 years of Information Technology and Telecommunications management experience. He has managed multi-cultural virtual teams across the globe.

Olumide holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Blekinge Institute of Technology, Sweden; Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria and undertook executive programmes at the University of Texas at Dallas ,USA; George Washington University, USA and the University of Pretoria, South Africa.

Adeola Owolabi

Head Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance

Adeola is an experienced Chief Legal Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Skilled in Construction Law, Legal Writing, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, and Litigation. She has worked in various multinationals including Venture Garden Group as Head, Legal Services, Afara Partners and 100 Kobo Logistics Limited as Legal Counsel.

Ngozi Akamelu

Executive Head, Finance

Ngozi is currently the Executive Head, Finance. She previously held several positions within Vodacom Business Nigeria (now inq. Nigeria). Prior to joining Vodacom, she worked with Deloitte Nigeria and Deloitte South Africa(S.A) where she performed and managed audit of several companies.

Ngozi is a chartered Accountant with over 15 years working experience spanning across Audit and Assurance, Compliance, Financial Reporting, Treasury Management, Strategic planning and process improvement.

Chimdinma Adugen

Executive Head, Business Development

Chimdinma is a passionate, versatile, and result-driven Sales professional with 16 years’ experience, of which 12 years is in the Telecommunication Sector.

She joined the company in October 2013 as a Business Development Manager and has held various positions in multinationals companies, including Barclays Bank Plc and MTN.

Chimdinma has a proven track record of achievements driving and closing high-revenue sales in a highly competitive market. She studied computer science at the University of Benin and MSc Information Systems at Salford University, Manchester.
